Role Description

We are seeking an elite Senior Executive Assistant to support a US-based business leader. This is a high-level role for a strategic partner with at least 7 years of experience supporting C-suite executives and a proven track record of long-term stability.

• Manage executive inboxes, calendars, and project coordination via Trello.
• Execute end-to-end financial tasks, including billing documentation and invoicing.
• Build and edit online courses in Canvas LMS and design professional slide decks.
• Set up and manage complex CRM workflows and automation within GoHighLevel.
• Oversee social media ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and webinar promotions.
• Leverage advanced AI tools to automate tasks and increase executive productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior EA supporting US-based CEOs or Founders.
• Proven stability with at least 2+ years of tenure in each previous professional role.
• Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, Trello, Canvas LMS, and Meta/LinkedIn Ads.
• Near-native written and spoken English with exceptional business judgment.
• Expertise in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for high-level executive support.
