The Senior ERP Business Analyst will focus on AI-Enabled Solutions & Business Central in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Accounting Degree/Diploma
• MB 800 Certification
• 5+ years experience working with ERP or enterprise financial systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NAV, or similar ERP platforms
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Systems Analyst in enterprise software implementations
• Experience translating business processes into structured system requirements
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and application of accounting concepts
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and structured modelling
• Experience in AI-assisted development or analysis tools
• Some hands-on development or scripting experience (for example Python or similar lightweight languages)
• Experience designing workflows or solution concepts using tools such as Figma or similar visual design environments
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations
• Exposure to SQL, APIs, or system integrations
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Familiarity with Agile development environments
• Experience with AI tools and knowledge systems used to support technical analysis
