[Hiring] Senior Epic Willow Inpatient & Research Analyst @Cedars-Sinai

Role Description

The Senior Epic Willow Analyst facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advanced level of operational and application build expertise in completing sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. May lead projects.

• Performs sophisticated level design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
• Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements, translates sophisticated requirements/concepts into functionality.
• Handles larger, more sophisticated, and technical assignments/projects.
• Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
• Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs, translating clinical/operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
• Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.

Prefer someone living locally or willing to relocate to LA area, but open to remote in Approved States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas.

Qualifications

• Four (4) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Willow IP and Research workflows.
• Full Willow Inpatient implementation and support experience.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required (Epic Research Certification preferred).
