Role Description

The Senior Epic Willow Analyst facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advanced level of operational and application build expertise in completing the more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. May lead projects.

• Performs sophisticated level design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
• Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements, can translate sophisticated requirements/concepts into functionality.
• Performs the larger, more sophisticated, and technical assignments/projects.
• Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
• Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
• Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Epic Willow application.
• Experience in healthcare IT and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
