Role Description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

• Work on multiple projects independent of document control supervision.
• Process engineering and vendor docs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years Document Control experience.
• Aconex, BIM360, Bluebeam, SharePoint experience would be an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems.
• General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with respect to document management and control would be an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively while working remotely.
• Knowledge and experience in all areas of document/data management, including identification, creation, use, retrieval, access, retention, turnover.

• Bachelor's degree required.

Benefits

• For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is CAD $77K to $92K.
• Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
