[Hiring] Senior Divisional Maintenance Manager @Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA

Role Description

As the Senior Divisional Maintenance Manager, you’ll provide technical leadership, governance and strategic support across Nestlé Purina’s Wet manufacturing network. Acting as a key link between Corporate Engineering, divisional leadership, and factory maintenance teams, you’ll lead the deployment of divisional asset maintenance strategies, methodologies and standard routines. Join our team and come prepared to coach and develop Maintenance Managers at the factory level across multi-site Nestlé Purina operating facilities.

This position has the option to work remotely with expectation of up to 50% travel. Travel will include Nestlé Purina operating facilities within the U.S.

• Lead divisional maintenance subject matter experts and ensure the development of factory teams, maintenance managers, planners, technical store teams, and PM Pillar leaders by providing clear priorities, coaching, training, assessments and competency-building plans.
• Ensure adherence to applicable engineering, safety, quality, environmental, GMP, OSHA, EPA, maintenance, and TPM standards.
• Strengthen Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) capability at factory level to eliminate repeat failures and feedback to Maintenance Standards.
• Implement Maintenance Progression plan to embed technical and leadership competency development across all wet factories.
• Sustain reliability engineering and replication of machine improvements, Preventative Maintenance standards, CIL standards, and centerlines for priority technologies.
• Utilize technical training modules, tablets, and other digital resources to increase technical competencies of the Maintenance Technicians and Production Operators.
• Improve quality of Planned Maintenance Standards and foundations to improve the performance of our assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience

• This position will require travel up to 50% to Nestlé Purina operating facilities within the U.S.
