    • Lead health system readiness planning for current and future portfolio assets and support successful product launches.
  • Contracting, Reimbursement & Channel Optimization
    • Lead institutional contracting strategy and oversee negotiations across major health systems and organized provider networks.
    • Guide contracting decisions that optimize access, utilization, profitability, and long-term customer value.
    • Direct strategies involving buy-and-bill distribution, medical benefit reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management, ASP-based reimbursement, WAC economics, and 340B considerations.
    • Monitor contract performance and drive corrective actions to maximize account outcomes and return on investment.
    • Collaborate with Trade & Distribution, Finance, and Legal partners to ensure executional excellence and compliance.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Patient Services, and Field Reimbursement teams to implement comprehensive account plans.
    • Mentor team members and create organizational capabilities that support future growth and pipeline expansion.
  • Market Intelligence & Business Analytics

    • Develop actionable insights and business cases that support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
    • Establish metrics and performance indicators to measure access success, account performance, and business outcomes.
    • Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and commercial governance committees.
  • Compliance & Corporate Leadership
