[Hiring] Senior Director, RevOps @Revinate

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive, strategic builder to transform our GTM operations into a global powerhouse. You will sit above Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and potentially SDR management, serving both Sales and Customer Success. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Top Three Immediate Outcomes

• 90-Day Engine Transformation: Complete a fact-based assessment of our GTM engine within your first 30 days, introduce structural changes by day 60, and have the operation "ready to rock" by day 90.
• Administrative Freedom: Deploy AI agents and automated workflows to strip away administrative burdens, empowering frontline teams.
• Board-Level Predictability: Establish a centralized "Source of Truth" in Salesforce for predictive modeling and strategic narratives.

What You’ll Do

• Build a Revenue Powerhouse: Lead and integrate Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and SDR functions into a single unit.
• Architect the Source of Truth: Enforce data standards within Salesforce for accurate GTM reporting.
• Drive Strategic Automation: Implement AI tools to improve organizational speed and leverage.
• Translate Data to Strategy: Own the analytical process for board decks and executive presentations.
• Solve Organizational Friction: Identify and design solutions for dispersed knowledge or duplicated functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, specifically in scaled environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with other tech stacks (Zendesk, Finance systems, Outreach).
• Understanding of the distinction between product enablement and sales skill/framework enablement.
• Track record of operating without a net in lean environments.
• Curiosity and confidence to anticipate business needs.
