Job Description 

Job Title: Senior Consultant, Tribal Healthcare

Base Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

Location: USA

Work model: Remote

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%

Reports to: Consulting Practice Lead

Job Summary: 

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with consulting project leads and our clients to make healthcare better, more affordable and accessible for Tribal Communities and support Indigenous Pact’s mission to promote Health Equity for Tribes. You will play a key role in researching, developing and presenting healthcare solutions. You will use your experience, quantitative and qualitative research, and leverage your team to deliver healthcare projects. You will play a key role in delivering impactful results for our clients and organization. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support client engagements by identifying and addressing client needs, gaps and challenges.  
  • Contribute and execute project and work plans, including project management.  
  • Conduct interviews, manage day-to-day interactions with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations to address clients’ business challenges. 
  • Support the development of client presentations, proposals, and other deliverables. 
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop insightful recommendations. 
  • Contribute strong quantitative aptitude (e.g., financial analysis, operational analysis, business-casing, ability to work with large/complex data sets). 
  • Support business development activities. 
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams and consultants. 
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and best practices within Indigenous Pact. 
  • Contribute to the development of new methodologies and intellectual capital for the benefit of the organization's goals and objectives.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Tribal Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related field and progressive and relevant consulting or industry experience. 
  • 1+ years of relevant consulting experience (experience working with Tribal communities, is considered an asset). 
  • Previous experience as an analyst or consultant would be preferred. 

Physical and sensory demands: 

  • This position will require extended periods of sitting, typing, and working on a computer screen. 
  • Close vision is required for computer work.

Working environment: 

  • This is a remote position, with expected working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Adjustment of working hours may be required to accommodate time zones.  
  • Local and national travel required - up to 25%
