[Hiring] Senior Consultant, NetSuite @Myers-Holum

Role Description

The Senior Consultant is someone who has 5+ years of end-to-end NetSuite implementation experience and excels in customer service. You will lead projects from discovery and requirements gathering to training and deployment, collaborating with other leaders in the organization.

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, translating complex business requirements into technical designs.
• Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including:
  • Discovery
  • Design
  • Build
  • Testing
  • Training
  • Deployment
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements for system design and execution.
• Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering.
• Lead project management activities such as project planning and change control.
• Collaborate with the in-house development team to implement custom solutions and develop Technical Design Documents.
• Act as a trusted client advocate by providing implementation best practices.
• Contribute to internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education.
• Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills as required by customer engagements.
• This role may include travel and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements, or has led 8+ small engagements through go-live.
• Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or a relevant field.
• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services.
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred:
  • NetSuite ERP Consultant
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator
  • SuiteFoundation
• Experience with NetSuite technical capabilities such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
• Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products is preferred, including:
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Advanced Revenue Management
  • Demand Planning
  • Services Resource Planning
  • OpenAir
  • SuiteCommerce Advanced
