[Hiring] Senior Consultant, Medicare Part C @Gallagher

Role Description

Responsible for managing complex client relationships and delivering advanced pharmacy benefit consulting services. This role involves:

• Developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize pharmacy benefit programs.
• Conducting in-depth analyses of claims data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Providing actionable insights to improve program performance.
• Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, regulations, and innovations while advising clients on emerging solutions.
• Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Driving business development by identifying growth opportunities, supporting proposals, and representing Gallagher as a thought leader in the industry.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PBM operations, pharmacy claims data, and benefit design.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering results.
• Degree in healthcare, business, or pharmacy (preferred).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred).
• Strong leadership and project management abilities (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) (preferred).
