Role Description

Senior Consultant (Business Systems Analyst) (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to gather and analyze business requirements and design, develop, configure, customize, and integrate business systems.

• Coordinate efforts of lower-level team members while guiding them in the process.
• Document current processes and develop solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk analysis.
• Clarify requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Assist in defect research and resolution.
• Design system interfaces, screen specifications, and data requirements.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements deliverable throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Study system capabilities, create workflow charts, write specifications, and design modifications.
• Provide technical expertise to address complex application integration and interpretation issues.
• Design configurations of software applications in accordance with the requirements/change management process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), Math, Information Technology, or related field.
• Two (2) years of IT experience.
• One (1) year of IT work experience using one of the following skill sets:
  • Power BI, ECMS, and THOR; OR
  • Webservice, Angular, and Oracle.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), three (3) years of post-secondary study in any field, plus three (3) years of IT experience will be accepted.

Requirements

• Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs.
• International travel not required.
• Travel not to exceed 5% / year for meetings and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths.
• Telecommuting may be permitted as needed.
