[Hiring] Senior Comsense Business Process Specialist @Unified Door and Hardware Group

Role Description

The Comsense Business Process Specialist serves as an experienced functional resource for UDHG employees who use Comsense to manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects.

• This position is designed for an experienced Comsense user with strong expertise in areas such as Estimating, Engineering and Detailing, Project Management, Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory Operations, or Accounting and Finance.
• Work with other functional experts and business leaders to improve system usage, document practical workflows, support employees, and promote consistent processes across UDHG locations.
• Regular travel is required to provide hands-on support and instruction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using Comsense in a commercial door, frame, hardware, or architectural openings environment.
• Deep working knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas:
  • Estimating
  • Engineering or Detailing
  • Order Processing
  • Project Management
  • Procurement or Purchasing
  • Warehouse or Inventory Operations
  • Accounting or Finance
• Experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or providing functional guidance to employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to UDHG locations.

• Ability to identify and resolve workflow, data, and system-related issues.
• Ability to translate technical processes into clear and repeatable instructions.
• Expertise across every Comsense module is not required; candidates with substantial experience in one or more functional areas are encouraged to apply.
