Role Description
This role involves supporting HubSpot's Legal & Compliance team during a period of growth by driving a technology roadmap that addresses scaling pain points.
- Implement and support core technologies
- Build and improve processes
- Leverage data to inform decisions for scale without sacrificing user experience
- Drive initiatives that solve for customers, business, and team
- Work closely with teams to understand business challenges and develop solutions
- Partner with Employee Technology, Sales, Finance, and FinTech stakeholders
- Support day-to-day operations of the Legal & Compliance organization
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Help lay the groundwork for a technology-first Legal Operations team
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to determine right-sized solutions
- Become the SME on specific systems, understanding business use cases and challenges
- Lead efforts in integrating various systems and platforms
- Scope, implement, and scale best-in-class legal technologies
- Enable data-driven insights by making data more accessible
- Show impact with clear metrics and results from building a self-service culture
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Experience with document operations and enterprise service management tools
- Ability to identify overly complex processes and develop scalable alternatives
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- Ability to sift through business requirements to identify impactful solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL and comfort with data
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and consensus building
- Passionate about collaboration and effective communication
- Strong organizational skills and impactful project management
Requirements
- Cash compensation range: 115400-184600 USD Annually
- Includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets
- Some roles may be eligible for equity plan participation
- Individual compensation packages based on skills, experience, and qualifications
