[Hiring] Senior Business Systems Analyst @Patch My PC

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive the design, optimization, and scalability of our business systems and operational processes. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, and our broader technology ecosystem.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and works within a defined delivery model:

• Partnering with our Salesforce Administrator on declarative platform changes.
• Working with our engineering and QA team on custom development and integration work between Salesforce and HubSpot, and the rest of our GTM ecosystem.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, process design, solution design, data modeling, and systems thinking to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience across the organization.

You will partner closely with:

• Revenue Operations
• Sales
• Customer Success
• Marketing
• Finance
• Product
• Engineering teams

to identify opportunities, shape practical solutions, and lead system-related initiatives from discovery through release readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot, including building and maintaining integrations between the two.
• Strong business process analysis and process design expertise.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working within a shared delivery model, partnering with a dedicated platform administrator and/or engineering team rather than owning end-to-end build.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 based on experience and location.
