Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to support a global transformation initiative focused on Sales and Opportunity-to-Order processes. Working closely with business stakeholders across multiple regions, you will:

• Document current-state business processes.
• Analyse regional variations.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation.
• Develop a comprehensive global process repository using Signavio.

This role is ideal for an inquisitive and analytical professional who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and transforming complex business operations into structured, executive-ready process documentation that supports future automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process analysis within medium to large organisations.
• Strong experience using Signavio or similar process modelling tools such as ARIS, IBM Blueworks, or Visio.
• Experience documenting Sales, Opportunity-to-Order, Lead-to-Cash, or Sales Operations processes.
• Experience supporting business transformation programmes.
• Strong BPMN process mapping expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, interviewing, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce executive-ready documentation.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Order Management, or Process Mining will be advantageous.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is beneficial.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and naturally curious with the confidence to challenge constructively.

Requirements

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end Sales and Opportunity-to-Order processes.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and one-on-one stakeholder interviews.
• Document current-state business processes using Signavio and BPMN standards.
• Validate process maps with subject matter experts.
• Analyse regional process variations and identify opportunities for standardisation.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to programme leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support the development of a global business process repository.
• Ensure documentation supports future automation, process mining, and reporting initiatives.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships while managing multiple priorities independently.
