Role Description

As a Senior Business Change Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering transformation and business change programmes that improve services, deliver measurable benefits and create lasting value for our clients.

• Work alongside experienced consultants and senior client stakeholders.
• Help organisations understand complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design practical solutions that make a real difference.
• Lead projects from discovery through to implementation.
• Combine business analysis, project delivery and change management expertise.
• Regular travel to client sites across Ireland.
• Facilitate workshops with senior leaders, develop business cases, analyse organisational challenges or support the implementation of new ways of working.
• Play an important role in expanding client relationships and contributing to the continued success of 4OC.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change, transformation or organisational improvement projects.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design.
• Experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholder groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience producing business cases, reports and recommendations.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision making.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• The right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Requirements

• Experience working within the public sector or organisations delivering public services.
• Knowledge of recognised business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience applying change management approaches.
• Experience supporting bids and proposals.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others.
