Role Description

The SAP Ariba Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions including:

  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
  • Ariba Network (AN)

This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Ariba along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive procurement digital transformation initiatives.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Own end-to-end delivery and enhancement of Ariba modules: P2P (Buying & Invoicing), SLP, SCC, and Ariba Network
  • Act as the functional lead and SME for procurement and supplier management processes
  • Manage integrations with SAP ECC/S4 (via CIG) and ensure data/process consistency
  • Lead supplier enablement and Ariba Network adoption
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvements, system optimization, and production support

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules (P2P, SLP, SCC, AN)
  • Experience with Ariba–SAP integration (CIG)
  • Solid understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Experience working with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry
  • US Citizenship required due to the job requirements

Benefits

  • Salary range: $133,000.00 - $210,500.00 / annually
  • For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $165,500.00 - $248,500.00 / annually
  • Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package
  • A range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
