[Hiring] Senior Associate, Network Operations & Analytics @Diverge Health

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Network Operations Analytics to join our team!

In this role, you will serve as the organization's subject matter expert on our provider network — owning the accuracy, integrity, and management of practice and provider data that directly underpins our payer relationships, contract compliance, and network growth. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end roster processes, building deep expertise across our markets and payer relationships.
• Partner closely with Payer Account Management, Network Development, Practice Operations, and Market Presidents to keep provider data accurate, complete, and actionable.
• Bring analytical rigor and operational precision to payer submissions, contract accuracy reviews, CRM development, and process improvement.

Key areas you'll add value

• Lead end-to-end roster operations, including contract accuracy review, payer submission gatekeeping, final submission delivery to Payer Account Management, and ongoing master roster maintenance.
• Build and sustain deep expertise across market practices, provider hierarchies, payer alignments, and contractual nuances.
• Manage complex Excel-based rosters and maintain accurate network data across Salesforce, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Partner with Technology and the Senior Manager of Strategic Operations to help bring roster data into Salesforce.
• Continuously identify inefficiencies in network operations workflows and lead the redesign and implementation of better processes.
• Collaborate with Practice Operations and Practice Liaisons to gather roster updates and support new practice onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills — comfortable managing large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Strong analytical ability — can interpret data trends and translate findings into actionable summaries.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal.

Requirements

• Familiarity with healthcare systems, payer and provider dynamics, and primary care operations.
• Experience in a growth-stage or startup environment.

Benefits

• This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position.
• Expected base salary range for this role is $100,000-$110,000.
