Role Description

The Technical Implementation Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in implementing and configuring technology solutions within a healthcare revenue cycle environment. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring successful deployment of systems by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Managing integration processes and supporting client onboarding.
• Focusing on optimizing workflows, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering high-quality implementation outcomes that drive operational efficiency.
• Leading end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and adherence to client specifications.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, providing technical guidance during project execution, and resolving complex issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring performance metrics post-implementation and recommending enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
