[Hiring] Seasonal Associate, Revenue @National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Role Description

The Revenue Seasonal Associate is a temporary role that provides seasonal support in the day-to-day operations in a shared services model for managing constituent information, a critical part of driving forward the Society vision to leverage constituent information to inspire powerful lifetime relationships in the MS movement.

• Responsible for capturing constituent and donor information across multiple systems and tools.
• Support accounts receivable operations, including cash receipt coding and deposit batch uploads.
• Influences the effectiveness of processes to reduce turnaround times and improve donor experience.
• Crucial role during peak seasons for the Society.

Qualifications

• At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience.
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Customer service skills and high-level confidentiality.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Complete donation and registration entries for events using defined practices for managing event-related constituent information.
• Record contributions accurately, including restricted contributions per donor intent.
• Allocate to appropriate revenue categories as outlined according to the Society’s Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Revenue Team cheat sheet.
• Review batch reports, ensuring accuracy of entry in constituent systems.
• Create Workday Entries and balance to Workday deposit records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Update basic contact information and profile information.
