Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect.

• Drive SAP TM activities across ongoing and upcoming project releases.
• Design SAP TM solutions based on business process requirements.
• Evaluate SAP products and capabilities within transportation management.
• Ensure alignment with SAP standard functionality and global template principles.
• Analyze requirements for custom development and integrations.
• Safeguard the overall solution architecture and integrity.
• Support solution reviews and architecture-related decisions.
• Contribute to change processes related to SAP TM.
• Work with transport management processes and carrier communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions.
• Support integration with surrounding SAP and business systems.
• Contribute to a holistic transportation and logistics solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
• Strong knowledge of transport management processes.
• Strong understanding of carrier communication.
• Experience across the full SAP TM project lifecycle.
• Experience working with SAP TM solution architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different departments.
• Ability to balance holistic solution thinking with a pragmatic approach.
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP TM solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP standard functionality versus custom development.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
