Role Description

• Support S4 TM (Transportation Management)
• Coordinate with the offshore team and other functional teams to resolve issues
• Defect fixes
• Work closely with functional and Business users to solve production issues, Incident Management, and Problem Management
• Provide production support to customers for the existing solution within the time frame per SLA
• Client-facing skills - clarity, communication, and E2E architecting experience in TM is paramount. Should not need hand holding or learner on the job
• Good working knowledge and experience communicating and collaborating with carriers for the EDI interface

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP TM Implementation project experience along with technical skillset (TM ABAP)
• Must have experience in S/4HANA with embedded TM
• Exposure to advanced TM functionality: Optimizer-based planning, Automatic carrier selection and tendering, Advanced charge calculation, and Load Planning & Optimization
• Overall 10+ years relevant to TM, with 6-8 years of experience
• Seeking a developer with strong TM and ABAP knowledge
• SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) - TM Techno-functional, preferably in an embedded setup on S/4 HANA
• Conversant and hands-on with LSP, Shipper scenarios
• Specific areas of focus are - freight planning, optimizer, settlement (TM-FI), and charge calculation
• Should possess a thorough understanding of TM integration touchpoints SAP SD, Procurement, EWM/IM modules
