Role Description
This role involves managing SAP HXM Application Management Services, including:
- Change management, implementations, and configurations
- Configuring and customizing SAP HXM modules to align with client and business needs while optimizing system performance
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards
- Providing support, troubleshooting issues and incidents, and working on system enhancements or upgrades
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and providing subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant
- Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH
- Fluent English is a must and preferable German language
