Role Description

The SAP SuccessFactors COMP Consultant will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing Performance/Succession and Compensation workstream to contribute to the overall project success.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT.
• Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition.

Qualifications

• Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Associate with ACTIVE certification.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors COMP.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors PMGM, Succession, and/or Compensation modules.
• Strong technical knowledge for PMGM and SPCDP.
• Integration experience with other SuccessFactors Modules and SAP EC & other modules.
• Experience with story Reports is a plus.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in PMGM & Succession is a plus.
• Certification in Succession and Career Development Planning will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360, Continuous Performance management, and calibration.
• Good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning including career worksheet, LMS-CDP integration, Career development planning, and Reports.
• Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to customer service and proactive review of processes and procedures to enhance service quality and delivery.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
