[Hiring] SAP Presales Lead for Basis / Security @Cadreforce

Role Description

Cadreforce is recruiting an SAP Presales Lead for Basis / Security for a global IT services and consulting client. This individual contributor opportunity focuses on shaping the technical foundations of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, especially in manufacturing environments.

• Lead SAP Basis presales solutioning, technical proposals, architecture design and effort estimation.
• Define SAP landscapes, transport strategies and S/4HANA platforms across on-premises, cloud, RISE with SAP and hyperscalers.
• Design installations, upgrades, kernel and lifecycle management approaches, HA/DR and scalability architectures, sizing, capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Lead technical due diligence, landscape assessments, migration and upgrade planning, with strong Basis governance.
• Coordinate security, roles and compliance with SAP security teams; develop integration and interface architecture strategies.
• Collaborate across teams, build complexity-based estimation models, and present client deliverables that explain value and risk mitigation.
• Stay current on SAP Basis innovations and the S/4HANA roadmap.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in presales or solutioning.
• Deep SAP Basis administration and architecture expertise; strong S/4HANA architecture, upgrade and lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with HA/DR, system sizing and performance tuning; exposure to cloud platforms and RISE with SAP.
• Strong integration architecture and transport management understanding.
• Manufacturing industry experience and proven experience in large-scale SAP program management.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills, technical thought leadership, rigor and flexibility in presales.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with automation tools such as LaMa, Solution Manager and Cloud ALM; familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience in Big 4, SAP Partner or large system integrator organizations.

Requirements

• Remote arrangement; the source requisition is associated with New York, United States.
• At least 25% travel is required.
• Annual salary range: USD $153,400–$207,500, plus a 15% bonus per recruiter guidance.
