Role Description

We are currently looking for an SAP Payroll Configuration Expert for Slovakia to join a project with a global client of ours.

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll for Slovakia.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Payroll solutions.
• Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, and payroll processes.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Execute payroll simulations, parallel runs, UAT, SIT, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with Slovak payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll-related integrations with HR, Time Management, and Finance systems.
