Role Description

This is a remote position. CDIT Solutions is seeking an SAP GRC Process Control & Risk Management Consultant to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). Your SAP GRC expertise will directly strengthen enterprise compliance, risk governance, and process optimization, influencing how the program manages risk, ensures control effectiveness, and supports audit partnerships. This role focuses on the implementation and management of SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management solutions. The ideal candidate leverages techno-functional expertise to drive effective process control and risk management initiatives.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management modules.
• Conduct workshops with business and audit stakeholders and gather requirements for Process Control and Risk Management implementations.
• Collaborate with Audit and business teams to ensure compliance and optimize risk management processes.
• Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions.
• Document and communicate process changes, risk assessments, and control activities clearly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance. Clearance must be active, in scope, and held in DISS prior to start.
• More than 10 years of experience with SAP.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management.
• Strong techno-functional expertise, including solution implementation and process optimization.
• Experience setting up a controls framework, manual test of effectiveness (MTOE), continuous control monitoring (CCM), heat maps, and tracking of KRIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with Audit and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in SAP GRC or related fields.
• Experience working closely with Audit departments and business process owners.
• Advanced understanding of risk assessment and control frameworks.

Location, Travel & Compliance

• Remote, with approximately 10% travel every 12 weeks to Scott Air Force Base, IL. Candidates within a 4-hour radius of Scott AFB are preferred.
• DoD 8140 compliance is required. A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree is the simplest path; other qualifying options include an approved certification or required training.
