[Hiring] Salesforce Business Analyst @Fresche Solutions

Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our IT Productivity Solutions team. You will serve as a first point of contact with Salesforce users while also working closely with business leaders on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supports users through daily operational support, such as troubleshooting problems, answering system related questions, and providing train-the-trainer training as needed.
• Manage enhancement requests and priorities.
• Manage the configuration, security administration, system updates, and overall functionality of the system including production and non-production environments.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand business processes, goals, gaps, and opportunities for system enhancements.
• Lead or support the implementation of additional Salesforce modules or functionality.
• Perform ongoing process improvement in working closely with the business stakeholders.
• Review requirements, analyse needs and perform recommendations on design, testing and deployment of new functionalities.
• Updates and maintains system documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or administrator role.
• Sandbox development and deployment to production.
• Experience in end-to-end testing.
• Data Loader for Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder certifications is an asset.
• Strong knowledge about all Salesforce components and development functionalities.
• Knowledge of quote to cash business processes.
• Experience in technical design.
• Great communication skills.
