[Hiring] Salesforce Architect @Rula

Role Description

We are hiring a Salesforce Architect to support the team that builds the systems behind how Rula connects people to mental health care. You will design how information about patients, clinicians, and insurance moves between Salesforce and the tools our operations teams rely on:

• Work directly with the people who use those systems.
• Build some of the hardest parts yourself.
• Your decisions are visible and lasting.
• The work is close to the outcome: patients matched to a therapist sooner, clinicians licensed and seeing patients faster, and care teams spending their time on people rather than on software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building on Salesforce, including at least 2 years as the person accountable for design decisions on a large or complex implementation.
• Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation.
• Experience designing how Salesforce exchanges data with other systems.
• Experience designing data models that hold up over time.
• A track record of explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience setting technical standards that others follow.

Requirements

• Expertise in multi-instance Salesforce implementations with an understanding of Health and Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Experience working in HIPAA-compliant or regulated environments.
• Experience using version-controlled, automated deployment tooling for Salesforce.
• Experience deciding whether to build, configure, or buy.
• Experience mentoring administrators, analysts, or developers.
• Salesforce certifications relevant to architecture or development.

Benefits

• 100% remote work environment.
• Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
• Attractive pay and benefits with full transparency of pay ranges.
• Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA.
• 401(k) plan access.
• Generous time-off policies, including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year.
• Paid parental leave for all parents.
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental and physical health support.
• Quarterly department stipend for team-building activities.
• Community and employee resource groups for fostering a sense of belonging.
• Home office stipend for new hires and a monthly stipend for internet or cell phone expenses.
• Wellness at Rula program with year-round wellness initiatives and a monthly wellness stipend.
