[Hiring] SailPoint Identity Security Cloud @Software Engineering Firm

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced IAM/IGA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) to support the IAM Internal Team in PostNord. The consultant will start at 100% capacity and act as primary second-line support for operations, troubleshooting, and incident/service request handling, ensuring service continuity and compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

In addition to operational support, the role will have a key focus on application onboarding and development, including:

• Onboarding and integrating new and existing systems into SailPoint ISC
• Designing and configuring access and lifecycle models
• Delivering enhancements and changes to the IAM platform in line with business, security, and compliance requirements

Tasks:

• Application Maintenance & Operations (ISC as central system):
  • Monitoring, operational support, corrective maintenance, and verification of stability after patching activities.
• Incident & Service Request Handling:
  • Manage and resolve items via IAM mailbox and Jira ITSM; own second-line incident/request queues end-to-end.
• User Lifecycle & Access Troubleshooting:
  • Support joiner/mover/leaver flows, provisioning/deprovisioning failures, attribute issues, and access problems for integrated systems.
• Application Onboarding Support:
  • Contribute to requirements/scope, integration assessment, identity/account modelling, access model design, request/approval configuration, LCM setup, testing/validation, operational handover, documentation and audit readiness.
• Entra ID / Access Administration:
  • Support Entra ID-related issues (incl. licensing/access), administrative units, UPN/mail updates, running lifecycle rules on failures, and handling permanent exceptions.
• Ways of working & compliance:
  • Work according to PostNord service management and agile/DevOps practices (Scrum/SAFe, CI/CD, secure practices) and comply with PostNord requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IAM / IGA (3–5+ years)
• Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow
• Good understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance
• REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Experience with AD / LDAP, Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Tooling/stack experience in PowerShell, Postman, PuTTY, SQL Developer/DB platforms, GitHub

Requirements

• Nice to have:
  • DevOps or automation experience
  • Background in regulated industries
  • Knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Understanding of GDPR and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST and NIS2)
