Role Description

This position will provide field based technical support to Territory Business Managers in the Dakotas, Upper Midwest (Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota) and parts of Nebraska. This support will consist of direct interaction with customers, account and call planning, and influencing key Consulting Nutritionists in the region. Additional responsibilities may include field research support, Learning and Development support in onboarding/training new sales team members, and collaborating with marketing regarding technical messaging.

Qualifications

• PhD in Ruminant Nutrition
• Preferred: Three (3) years post doctoral experience in the cattle industry, academia, research or with a feed company.
• Masters level or equivalent knowledge of meat science is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with the dairy calf industry is beneficial.
• Research experience, published scientific papers is desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of Zoetis products and the animal health industry or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Spanish is not necessary but would be useful.
