[Hiring] RPA Business Analyst @Georgia IT

Role Description

The role is a key team member for a new RPA pod serving a new client line of business based in California. Will work closely with the onshore Scrum Master/CSM and Client Program Manager.

• Study business process documentation.
• Confer with business process owners and SMEs.
• Create PDDs and test scenarios.
• Advise other development pod team members on process info during the design and development phases.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience.
• RPA knowledge/experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in creating detailed PDDs and workflow diagrams (Visio or equivalent).

Requirements

• Life Sciences or similar experience (nice-to-have).
• Experience working with a mix of onshore/offshore (nice-to-have).
• Exposure to or experience with Automation Anywhere (AA) (nice-to-have).
• AA Business Analyst certification (nice-to-have).
• Basic JIRA (nice-to-have).
