[Hiring] Revenue Operations Manager @Vi

Role Description

We are a lean, high-growth AI platform moving at enterprise speed across Healthcare, Biopharma, and Wellness verticals. To reach our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the commercial infrastructure that powers our company. You will be the strategic right hand to our commercial leadership, ensuring our GTM execution is as sophisticated as our technology.

This role sits within the Finance organization and works closely with Sales, Account Management, and the broader Commercial team. You will be responsible for the "Commercial Truth" of the business, ensuring our commercial data is accurately captured, structured, tracked, and reported. You will own Salesforce and the infrastructure used to track the full customer lifecycle, from pipeline and contracts through revenue, expansion, and renewals.

You will have access to external Salesforce consultants for heavy development, but will own the day-to-day system, business logic, requirements, and output.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce & Commercial Systems: Own Salesforce architecture, data structure, workflows, reporting, integrations, and overall CRM health.
• Revenue Intelligence: Build and maintain reporting for Revenue, ARR, NRR, GRR, TCV, pipeline, renewals, expansion, and other key commercial metrics.
• Contracts & Renewals: Ensure contract terms, customer structures, renewals, and expansions are accurately captured and tracked in Salesforce.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Build dashboards and forecasting tools that provide leadership with clear visibility into commercial performance.
• GTM Systems & Automation: Identify and implement tools, integrations, and automations that improve data quality and reduce manual processes.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to ensure commercial data and reporting are consistent from Salesforce through financial actuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar technical role in a high-growth B2B company.
• Experience supporting multi-product pricing models, including usage-based, variable, and fixed platform fees.
• Experience translating varied commercial and customer structures into standardized processes across contracting, implementation, revenue recognition, and account management.
• Strong Salesforce expertise, including Objects, Flows, Reporting, Dashboards, data architecture, and integrations.
• Strong revenue analytics experience, including ARR, NRR, GRR, TCV, renewals, churn, expansion, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Highly analytical and technical, with advanced Excel/data skills and the ability to translate complex commercial structures into scalable systems.
• Systems thinker and problem solver who can identify gaps, design solutions, and work independently in a lean environment.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, Data Loader, or GTM system integrations is a plus.

Technical Profile

• Salesforce Savvy: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture (Objects, Flows, Reporting). You are sophisticated enough to manage external developers and ensure high-quality, scalable output.
• Data Literate: Expert-level ability to manipulate large datasets (Excel, Data Loader, etc.) to drive business decisions and maintain CRM health.
• Systems Thinker: You see the "big picture" of how data flows from an initial opportunity to a multi-year contract and its subsequent renewals.
