Role Description

Invoca is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to oversee the core, day-to-day operations that ensure our pre-sale organization functions smoothly and scales effectively. This role is pivotal, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Systems, and our AI team. You will gain comprehensive insight into lead flow, pipeline movement, data connectivity across our GTM stack, and the identification of friction points.

This position involves close collaboration with Sales leadership for forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting, and process governance. You'll work hand-in-hand with Revenue Systems to maintain and enhance the tools and data infrastructure powering our funnel. Additionally, partnering with our AI team to leverage automation and AI-driven workflows will be crucial in boosting seller productivity. As a hands-on role, you will manage operational fundamentals while designing scalable processes that support Invoca's growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven hands-on experience managing RevOps processes such as pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong Salesforce proficiency and familiarity with GTM systems and data
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Gumloop or similar AI workflow automation tools
• Ability to independently build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows with a strategic and technical understanding of AI applications
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment to turn data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to build trust with Sales leadership, sellers, and technical partners
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Requirements

• Manage core Revenue Operations functions across the pre-sale funnel, including pipeline management, forecasting support, and data hygiene
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to support forecast cadences, pipeline reviews, and territory operations, providing insights for informed decisions
• Design and implement scalable processes in the pre-sale organization to enhance seller productivity and business growth
• Partner with the Revenue Systems team to maintain the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM tools, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
• Work with Invoca's AI team to develop AI-driven automation and workflows that decrease manual labor and enhance data quality
• Build and maintain enablement resources and playbooks to help sellers execute consistently and effectively
• Identify and address recurring operational inefficiencies using data and feedback to drive improvements
• Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide clear visibility into pipeline health and operational metrics
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation and impact measurement, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Systems, and AI teams
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to sellers and Sales leadership, balancing day-to-day support with long-term operational strategy
