[Hiring] Revenue Operations Manager @Wellio

Role Description

As Wellio's first dedicated Revenue Operations Manager, you will build the systems, data and processes that connect Marketing, Sales and Customer Success across Australia, the UK and our international markets.

• Address the highest-impact gaps in infrastructure.
• Establish trusted commercial data.
• Design and implement processes in HubSpot, reporting, workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Work closely with founders and leaders across various departments.
• Bring analysis and recommendations to improve core revenue processes.

Qualifications

• A track record of building or materially improving revenue operations in a scaling SaaS business.
• Strong technical fundamentals and hands-on capability in HubSpot.
• Commercial understanding across the customer journey.
• Sound judgement and disciplined prioritisation.
• Credibility and collaboration with functional leaders.
• Experience leading AI implementation.
• Motivation to build at Wellio's stage.

Requirements

• Own HubSpot architecture, data models, lifecycle stages, and data quality.
• Create shared scorecards and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Standardise core processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Take responsibility for the commercial technology stack.
• Lead the development of AI-enabled workflows.
• Support commercial planning and execution with reliable analysis.
• Maintain a prioritised RevOps roadmap.
