[Hiring] Revenue Operations Coordinator @Hyperproof

Role Description

We are seeking a talented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis for tentatively 3 to 5 months to support our Revenue Operations team during a key period. This role leans heavily toward hands-on execution, process adherence, and data hygiene.

We are looking for someone with a RevOps or BizOps background who genuinely enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, completing daily operational workflows, and supporting the team with reliable, task-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and strict attention to data accuracy and process steps.
• Analytical Mindset: Enjoy working with data, auditing sales pipeline numbers, and maintaining CRM integrity.
• Strong Communicator: Clear and concise communication across cross-functional teams and Slack channels.
• Collaborative Team Player: Effective collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance.
• Hyperproof Experience: Familiarity with Hyperproof or similar compliance/operations software is a strong plus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role within Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Proficiency with core GTM tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, and Slack.
• Strong working knowledge of basic sales funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and deal flow processes.
• Proven track record of managing daily ticket or request queues with quick response times.
• Ability to focus on task execution, process adherence, and repetitive administrative workflows.
