Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sex Coach to join our team as an independent contractor. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to our app users, helping them navigate and improve their sexual health, relationships, and understanding of diverse sexual practices, including kinks and fetishes.

• Conduct virtual one-on-one or group sessions with app users to discuss sexual health, intimacy, relationships, kinks, fetishes, and related topics.
• Create personalized coaching plans based on individual user needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice and strategies to help users explore and understand their sexual desires safely and healthily, including those related to kinks and fetishes.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in sexual health, therapy, and diverse sexual practices.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Certification or license in sex therapy/coaching (where applicable).
• Experience in sex therapy or coaching, including work with kinks, fetishes, and diverse sexual expressions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology and providing services through a digital platform.
• Empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach.
• Have a hustle mindset.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Knowledge of diverse sexual orientations, identities, relationship dynamics, and practices including kinks and fetishes.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients to explore and understand their sexual interests.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
• This is an independent contractor position (self-employed).
• Flexible hours based on client availability and needs.
• Commission structure will be discussed on interview.
