Role Description

As Regional Manager, Central EMEA, you will shape the future of Arc’teryx retail across one of our most important regions. Leading a team of exceptional Store Managers, you will create an environment where people thrive, communities grow, and guests experience the very best of our brand.

• Own regional performance across Brand Stores and Factory Outlets, balancing commercial excellence with an uncompromising commitment to guest experience.
• Inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals while protecting the integrity of the Arc’teryx brand.
• Build capability, develop future leaders, and strengthen connection with local outdoor communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving best-in-class retail operations.
• Experience in retail operations and district management for owned retail.
• Excellent people leader, capable of motivating and engaging a group of people.
• Passion for the guest journey and delivering an exceptional experience for guests.
• Strong communicator in both written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with diverse personalities.
• Strong advisor with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level.
• Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning.
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent decision-making skills and proactive in identifying root causes and developing solutions.
• Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
• Commitment to seeking the best solutions.
• Willing and available to travel, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed.

• Leading and developing Store Managers, building high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Driving regional performance using commercial insight to identify opportunities and deliver against targets.
• Championing the guest experience to ensure every store delivers an inspiring experience.
• Bringing the brand to life through partnerships with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Community teams.
• Collaborating across the business to deliver a seamless retail experience.
• Using data to drive decisions and improve traffic, conversion, and guest satisfaction.
• Creating an environment where people thrive, fostering inclusion and a high-performance culture.
• Representing Arc’teryx externally by building relationships with retail partners and local communities.
• Leading through change while keeping teams engaged and focused.
