[Hiring] Regional Appraisal Admin @Wintrust Financial Corporation

Role Description

The Regional Appraisal Admin will manage and coordinate appraisal related tasks and other miscellaneous functions within the Appraisal Procurement Department. Additional responsibilities include:

• Appraisal billing, payment processing and refunds
• Ordering appraisal services from the agencies
• Coordinating VA appraisal orders within the VA portal
• Multiple other tasks that do not reside within other department roles

Specific tasks include:

• Billing, Invoicing, and Accounts Payable inquiries
• Order CDAs, disaster inspections, SSRs, upload manual reports, notarize documents
• Coordinate delivery of all VA appraisal orders to the customer
• Coordinate Contract MI orders, approvals, and QC audits

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with Appraisal Procurement
• Knowledge of mortgage operations, VA & residential appraisal management, customer service, pipeline management
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Advanced Computer Skills

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this role is $20.19 - $26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
