Role Description

We are looking for a Records Clerk to help maintain accurate and organized company records. You will enter, update, review, and organize information across digital systems and documents while ensuring records are complete and easy to access.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, records, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing and computer skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital files
• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

Requirements

• Data entry or records management experience (nice to have)
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (nice to have)
• Experience in food service, healthcare, retail, or administration (nice to have)

Benefits

• $17–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
