[Hiring] Recording Specialist @Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc.

Role Description

The Recording Specialist role will execute recording service duties on behalf of our customers either at our customer office location or at one of our centralized hub locations. The role will be responsible for:

• Completing data in the Simplifile system
• Completing quality checks for submissions to counties
• Remediating any identified issues
• Delivering packages to be filed at county recorder
• Delivering packages to our hub locations (as necessary)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with electronic mortgage filing preferred (Simplifile)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, working effectively with little or no direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
• Client service excellence, with a focus on being helpful, reliable, responsive, proactive, friendly, and professional
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and build relationships with peers, co-workers, and management personnel from different countries and diverse backgrounds
• Excellent verbal, advanced listening, and meeting organization and facilitation skills

Requirements

• Schedule: The hours for this role will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PDT

Benefits

• The expected base salary for this role, if located in California, is between $46,000 – $48,000 USD
• The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation
