Role Description

We're looking for a highly organized female Real Estate Virtual Assistant with hands-on Yardi experience to support a US-based team with internal administrative operations.

• Administrative support and data entry
• Work order management
• Internal communications
• Support property management operations

Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Yardi experience is REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred)
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Experience working with US companies
• Strong administrative assistant background
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with Asana, SharePoint, Outlook, Cozy, or similar platforms
• Commercial property management experience is a plus
