Role Description

• Role: Real Estate Transaction Specialist
• Monthly Rate: $650-750
• Availability: 20 hours/week
• Time Zone: CST

Qualifications

• Must have prior real estate transaction support experience and should not require system training on the core tools.
• Wants someone who can bring process improvement ideas, not just execute tasks.
• Experience with listing-related marketing support.
• Ability to contribute recommendations on efficiency and process refinement beyond her current setup.

• MLS experience.
• ClickUp experience.
