Role Description

A detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Operations Coordinator is sought to support daily operational and administrative processes within a real estate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day real estate operations and administrative processes
• Coordinating transactions, documentation, and operational workflows
• Maintaining accurate client, property, and transaction records
• Communicating with clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams professionally
• Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities
• Monitoring operational timelines and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation as needed
• Supporting onboarding and coordination of vendors or service providers
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation
• Assisting with additional operational and administrative projects as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
• Previous experience in real estate operations, administration, transaction coordination, or customer support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
• Experience using CRM systems or real estate platforms preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
