[Hiring] Real Estate Closing Coordinator @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support high-volume residential real estate transactions from offer through closing. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with agents to manage offers, addendums, inspections, transaction documentation, deadlines, and closing coordination. If you have real estate transaction experience, are highly responsive, and know how to keep multiple deals organized and moving forward, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transaction coordination, closing coordination, real estate operations, or related administrative support
• Familiarity with:
  • Offer drafting
  • Purchase agreements and addendums
  • Inspections
  • Transaction timelines
  • Closing coordination
• Experience using DocuSign Rooms, CRM systems, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple active transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Fast, reliable communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Must be available 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours support when transaction volume requires it

Requirements

• Experience supporting U.S.-based residential real estate teams
• High-volume transaction coordination experience
• Startup or fast-growth company experience
• Strong understanding of residential real estate workflows from offer through close
