Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support high-volume real estate transactions and help agents operate more efficiently throughout the closing process. This is a fast-paced, operations-focused real estate coordination role where you’ll assist with:

• offer drafting
• addendums
• inspection coordination
• transaction workflows
• communication and documentation
• closing coordination

You’ll work closely with the internal agent team to ensure transactions move smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

  • Ability to work: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
  • Availability after business hours when deal volume requires additional support
