Role Description

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, construction measurement, or a similar role
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience completing detailed quantity take-offs
• Experience preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Understanding of civil construction and/or commercial landscaping
• Experience preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
• Confidence in communicating with suppliers and subcontractors by phone and email
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tender deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using take-off and estimating software
