Role Description
- Address and resolve technical issues related to quality during production or inspection processes.
- Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications.
- Identify areas for improvement in technical quality processes and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in internal and external QMS audits, ensuring technical aspects meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Document audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of technical issues.
- Prepare and present reports on technical quality performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bac+2/3 in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Maximum 3 years in quality assurance, technical support, or a related role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- CAD CATIA & ou NX.
- PLM.
- Microsoft Office.
- Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma, or related quality disciplines.
Requirements
- A GOOD LEVEL OF FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
