Role Description
This role involves evaluating and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) through data analysis and collaboration.
- Evaluate the performance of the Quality Management System using key metrics and data.
- Analyze trends in quality data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure QMS integration.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external QMS audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality-related data to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bac+3/2 in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Max 3 years in a quality assurance or QMS-related role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- CAD CATIA & or NX.
- PLM.
- Microsoft Office.
- Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma, or related quality disciplines.
- Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
